Differing methods of Traffic

     Do any of these work? I have personally achieved zero by one or more of these options and its pretty sad so I must resort to drastic measures. I must tell the whole wide world about my site in order to get some traffic.Well we know that's not going to happen so what is a man to do? 

     Placing ads on other peoples' websites is a good idea but it has a flaw it doesn't exactly invite people to come. It isn't persuasive enough and you'd be subjected to a lifetime of waiting for people to click on your ad and visit your website.This could cost you a fortune and your money and time would be misspent and brought to naught. This is my personal experience placing ads on other peoples' webs and it was not good for me. It works for the more explicit websites and those of the lesser intellectual nature. What I'm trying to get at is if you want to create a website that intellectually sound and with promise to your heart this won't peek the interests of very many people. So for a site or Blog like mine it would be wise not to touch this one.

     I look at Family with an opened mind yet with some reservation to speak upon. I don't want any family member of mine to think that I speak badly of them in any way. Here is my opinion of sending out emails to friends and family . It's not a wise decision to do so because family members in general can be opinionated and sometimes negative if they see you have something they don't and it works or not. It isn't always like that and I'm no psychology major but depending on personal situations between your own family is the key. Even if you have good relationships with your family members does that guarantee you success? 

Probably not! So family is out, how about friends! Friends are a special breed of people, they would go through hell and back for their friends and expect you would do the same for them but would they help you make money? Tthat is the question! Lots of it? Well, there again, I have reservations speaking to this also. I have some friends who in a situation of life or death even starvation would help for a minute but would then say to me" time to go". So I think if they weren't helping a great deal through life and death situations would they help very much at making you money? This is business and not personal which makes it bad for business. However if you have the right kind of friends then you could take the internet to a new level of income. 

     Business friends, however, can be very lucrative if all parties are equally invested and have equal shares in the profit if none are over eager and greedy. You must have easy going, fun loving carefree types that have good business sense and are willing to put forth the effort to help grow the business at a rate by suggestion of all parties voting to do or not do certain things. I call this "equal partners" where everything is shared 50/50 between two people. It's kind of like a marriage. One of you is good in accounting and the other is good at sales but the work behind the scenes is shared when both parties are done with their particular jobs. This is a good thing and I would advise finding someone whom you can trust for your business matters.

     Other blogs and hubs are a good source even free ones, for advertising your websites for free and it is inviting only if the readers are intrigued so it has its flaws but only if you are the flaw. people love to read and they want articles that peek their interests and will gladly respond to them and that my friend is traffic. Traffic is what we want. So yes to hubs and blogs. Get on as many as you can don't limit yourself to just one. Planting your URL in the conversation is the key to getting your name out there. Mine for for example to newbies that don't know what a URL is it is the address of your website. www.dsalwriteart.com .

is my web address and you are on it right now reading my post. This isn't by coincidence or by default you were drawn here by spiritual powers driven by God himself. Well I don't know really but it sounded good though. Using blogs and hubs to create traffic, though, isn't that great unless of course you have once again those naked bodied photos in all of your articles and they show T!T and A**. ADS WISE OK but traffic wise not o.k. One thumb up and one down.

     Buying Mass Traffic to your site is one of the methods I've only experienced one time and I really don't remember too much about it except I get the feeling it didn't work. Had it worked the first time I tried it I probably wouldn't be here now explaining it to you. Seriously If it had worked a few years back I'd be rich and famous by now and not writing hubs about how it didn't work. I'm just keeping it real with you O.K.! Today is a new time and era by now the internet has grown past the growing pains and is settling down to a more mature audience that would be more receptive to your content and bless your efforts instead of laugh at it and pass it up with out blinking an eye. Maybe it's time to try mass traffic marketing once again. Questionable for Mass traffic but optimistic about its return. 

     Word of Mouth is probably the best marketing tool you've got. When you speak of your business on the internet be upbeat and sound invigorated about it. Remember this is your baby and you want everyone to know that fact. You should make some business cards and small tear tabs with your web address printed on them with a message of monetary gain for your clients or customers. This is an invitation to your site and you want that invitation to sound as inviting as possible. If you don't sound excited about it then how will others feel about it. It could be your worst nightmare if you are glum and hopeless. That is why you want to sound as professional as possible yet not so professional you can't speak to people on a people level. Just be excited and to the point and you should be fine.
